BPTP awards NCC ₹488 crore Gurugram contract

BPTP Limited has awarded a construction contract worth approximately ₹488 crore to NCC Limited for its residential project Downtown 66 in Sector 66, Gurugram. The contract covers civil structure and finishing work across a total construction area of approximately 1,79,302 sq metres, spanning towers and other amenities in line with approved project plans and specifications.

Global design team

Downtown 66 is located along Golf Course Extension Road and forms part of BPTP’s development portfolio in Gurugram. The project is being developed with a focus on modern design, sustainability, connectivity and compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. BPTP has engaged a consortium of global and domestic consultants for the project, including AEDAS Singapore as principal architect and interior designer, Coopers Hill Singapore for landscape, Nulty Studio Dubai for lighting, End Point Dubai for signage, GreenTree for green building, Manish Consultant for structural proof, BES for façade, RSMS for building bye-laws, ATN Consultants for kitchen design, Sanelac for MEP, RWDI for wind tunnel, and Proion for fire safety.

Manik Malik, CEO and president of BPTP Limited, said that BPTP had awarded the construction contract for Downtown 66 to NCC Limited, an established player in the construction sector, and that the engagement reflected the company’s emphasis on partnering with seasoned contractors for project execution aligned with design imperatives and project requirements.

NCC Limited has extensive experience across residential, commercial and infrastructure developments and is also engaged by other real estate developers in the region for their residential and commercial projects.
