Origen Realty has appointed Preeti Rai as President — Sales & Strategy as the company enters the Gurugram real estate market. Rai has more than two decades of experience across residential and commercial developments, with a background in sales strategy, channel sales, corporate sales, leasing, and end-to-end deal execution.
Role and mandate
In her new role, Rai will lead Origen Realty’s sales and go-to-market strategy, with a focus on establishing a market presence in Gurugram and building a sales ecosystem aligned with the company’s development plans.
Origen Realty’s management said that the appointment marked an important step as the company entered the Gurugram market, and that the execution focus Rai brought would play a key role in strengthening the sales approach and driving growth.
Career background
Rai said that she looked forward to being part of Origen Realty at a pivotal stage and contributing to building a presence in the Gurugram market. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President — Sales & Marketing at Elan Group. She has also worked with DLF Universal Ltd, Today Homes & Infrastructure, Paras Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., and Ambience Infrastructure Ltd.
