Soon after onboarding Adil Altaf as the new CEO, Anhad Developers has appointed Akash Lakhina as head of sales, marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). The appointment follows Adil Altaf taking over as CEO of the Group’s real estate vertical, as the company prepares to enter Gurugram’s premium residential market.
Lakhina has worked across multiple industries, with the last decade spent in luxury real estate focused on premium residential projects. His career, spanning nearly three decades, began in hospitality; he studied at the Pacific International Hotel Management School in New Zealand. At Anhad Developers, he will be responsible for how the company’s upscale projects come to market.
Adil Altaf, CEO of Anhad Developers, said that Lakhina’s understanding of the luxury residential market, combined with a customer-focused approach and leadership experience, made him suited to the company’s plans. He said that Lakhina’s expertise would help shape customer experiences and strengthen the company’s presence in Gurugram’s premium real estate market.
Lakhina said that in luxury real estate, value was anchored in trust, service and quality rather than architecture alone. He said that his approach to leading the sales, marketing and CRM function at Anhad Developers would focus on delivering a tailored experience for homeowners. He said that the team would build trust with homeowners, investors and partners, and work to strengthen long-term relationships across Gurugram.
Anhad Developers is working on three projects from its office in Worldmark, Gurugram: a luxury residential development, a plotted township and a high-street commercial project, forming the company’s opening slate in the region.
