Dalcore Debuts North India’s First YOO-Branded Residences with ₹500 Crore ‘The Falcon’ Project in Gurugram

Dalcore, a real estate developer, has entered the ultra-luxury branded residences segment with the launch of “The Falcon” in Sector 53, Golf Course Road. Positioned as North India’s first YOO-branded residential development, the project introduces the design-led philosophy of the globally renowned brand founded by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck. Dalcore has announced an investment of around ₹500 crore in the project, which is expected to generate a topline revenue of ₹1,450 crore, the company said in a press release.

Located on one of Gurugram’s most prestigious stretches, The Falcon has been conceived as a single sculptural high-rise tower comprising 96 ultra-luxury residences. The project offers expansive 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes, with prices starting from ₹10 crore. It has been developed in collaboration with YOO Inspired by Starck, which has designed the interiors, and internationally acclaimed architectural firm UHA, ensuring a seamless blend of global design excellence and local contextual sensitivity.

Sidharth Chowdhry, Managing Director of Dalcore, described the launch as a landmark moment for both the company and the region’s real estate market. He stated, “The Falcon represents a defining moment for Dalcore as we introduce North India’s first YOO-branded residences. This project reflects our commitment to bringing globally celebrated design philosophies to India’s most discerning homebuyers. With YOO Inspired by Starck’s design vision and UHA’s architectural expertise, we are creating a residential landmark that goes beyond conventional luxury to offer a deeply curated living experience rooted in design, innovation, and long-term value.”

A defining feature of the project is its design identity, which gives residents a choice between two interior styles: “Minimal” and “Classic.” While the Classic option is tailored for buyers who appreciate a refined blend of traditional and contemporary elements, the Minimal style offers a clean, neutral palette of glass and concrete that reflects modern simplicity. Commenting on the project’s distinct character, Philippe Starck, Creative Director of YOO Inspired by Starck, said, “In the beating heart of one of the most prestigious and ever-developing neighbourhoods in India, The Falcon is a visionary YOO Inspired by Starck project—a rare haven of elegance and privacy.”

The architecture of the tower departs from conventional high-rise forms, featuring softly contoured, pod-like volumes that create a fluid and sculptural silhouette on the Gurugram skyline. This design approach is not merely aesthetic; it also aims to enhance natural light, ventilation, and energy efficiency. Beyond the residences themselves, the development offers a holistic lifestyle ecosystem, including an exclusive clubhouse, wellness facilities, and social spaces designed to encourage community interaction and a balanced way of living.
