Godrej Properties Ltd has partnered with Tata Projects for construction contracts worth around ₹1,100 crore across three premium residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, marking the real estate developer’s largest single construction contract award to date, according to an exchange filing.
Under the agreement, Tata Projects has been awarded core and shell construction work for Godrej Properties’ upcoming luxury projects, Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris all located in one of India’s most high-value residential corridors. Godrej Samaris is an upcoming launch in Sector 53, Gurugram, spread across 7.41 acres.
The collaboration marks the first-ever partnership between the two companies, bringing together Godrej Properties’ residential development expertise and Tata Projects’ large-scale execution capabilities. Tata Projects has previously delivered marquee infrastructure projects including the New Parliament Building in New Delhi, Noida International Airport, and Mumbai’s Atal Setu.
Godrej Properties said the partnership is aimed at strengthening execution quality, improving delivery timelines, and enhancing construction efficiency across its luxury portfolio in a highly competitive micro-market. The company added that Golf Course Road demands high precision and consistent execution given its premium positioning.
Tata Projects said the collaboration aligns with its focus on delivering sustainable and future-ready urban developments, adding that it looks forward to setting new benchmarks in design, quality, and liveability through the projects.
The company said the move reflects its continued strategy of partnering with leading construction firms to support its growing pipeline of high-end urban residential developments across key markets.
